Supervisor - Medicare Part D Compliance

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to serve as a supervisor in our Medicare Part D Compliance Unit. Our ideal candidate will identify and resolve a variety of regulatory issues and will be responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the auditing and monitoring processes. Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered): - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Health Care or related field. (Master's degree preferred) - 3-5 years of experience in a health care environment with auditing implementation required -Medicare Part D experience required - Project management and/or Healthcare compliance certifications preferred - Current knowledge of applicable federal laws and regulations, including industry best practices (Medicare Part D knowledge) What you need to know: - M-F, 8am-4:30 pm - This individual will need to have background and knowledge in healthcare, pharmaceutical preferred. - Candidate should also have some experience with internal audit of a health plan - Any prior dealing with Medicare compliance is required - 3 people will be reporting to this role, so leadership skills are necessary - Will be supporting the Medicare Part D Compliance Manager
