Product Development Leader

Overview

The Product Development Leader will be responsible for driving digital product and maximizing user satisfaction and engagement. We’re looking for someone experienced in product development with the ability to lead, influence, and inspire cross-functional groups in order to drive decision-making and results. In this position, the Product Development Leader will be responsible for featuring priorities across the spectrum of the client’s digital experience (including web, mobile and social). The Product Development Leader will have a deep understanding of how customers interact with applications for their needs and will use these insights (as well as digital best practices and usability studies) to make informed decisions on enhancements to increase adoption, engagement, satisfaction and task accomplishment. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Digital related field (Bachelor's Degree in Product Management preferred) • 6 years of relevant work experience (including, but not limited to: managing large-scale, enterprise level projects and/or consumer insights analysis and consumer testing) • 3 years of experience consumer/digital product experience preferred • Must have demonstrated success of leading consumer application and capability strategy and execution from concept to launch • Preferable knowledge of back-end systems and connections • Preferable knowledge of working in a content managed system/environment
