In this position you'll be responsible for management of centralized and in-market delegated utilization management functions – to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of services throughout the healthcare continuum. The DHH establishes strong relationships with his/her Health Plan or partner hospitals, providers, client peers and other key market stakeholders. This position requires insight into market specific strategy, as well as implementation of innovative and clinical programs, with fidelity to the clinical model. This individual assists centralized and market leadership in developing strategic direction and creating the annual business plan for the market, with consideration of the impact decisions have on clinical operations.
