Nurse Practitioner New York, NY Full Time Job Description In collaboration with the physician, the nurse practitioner will provide and coordinate primary care services to an assigned panel of Advantage members who reside in participating long-term care facilities. Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered): 1. Masters Degree in Nursing, a graduate of an accredited Nurse 2. Practitioner program required 3. One to two years clinical experience in the role of nurse practitioner required 4. Bilingual Spanish fluency required 5. Minimum one year in geriatric specialty 6. Previous clinical RN experience in acute, subacute and/or long-term care setting preferred 7. Prior experience in manage care a plus 8.
