Job description: As the RN Staff Development Educator, you will perform ongoing orientation and education for all staff and participates in ongoing staff development programs. Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered): 1. Baccalaureate degree in nursing required. (Master's degree in nursing, education or related field preferred.) 2. Two years of progressive job-related experience, including field visits and coordination, education and supervision. 3. Licensure and current registration to practice as a Registered 4. Professional Nurse in New York State. 5. Must have experience as a nurse educator with managed care experience as an RN.*** Important details to know about the job: **The position is based in their Brooklyn office. They will be instructing staff nurses on the intricacies of the client's various 7 health plans and managed care workflow, regulatory requirements, etc. **They have to have a strong background in managed care to be considered.
