Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse Manager

Overview

We are look for an experienced Nurse Manager for our Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation Unit. This RN Manager will provide input to budget development and attainment of fiscal goals, ensure unit compliance with quality, safety, regulatory requirements (JCAHO standards) and demonstrate leadership traits and supporting behavioral competencies. Our ideal candidate will serve as primary liaison and information resource for unit rehab nurses at two facilities and will also manage clinical and non-clinical staff (including day-to-day supervision), employee relations, and staff development. Must Haves From the Account Executives: 1. Minimum of two years experience in an inpatient acute rehabilitation unit 2. Prefer at least one year nursing management experience (charge nurse experience acceptable). 3. Must have a bachelor's degree in Nursing 4. Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse
