Job Title: Home Health Nurse Job Description: Client is seeking a home health nurse to provide, coordinate, and direct the provision of home nursing care according to physician's orders based on agency policies and procedures, through the competent application of the nursing process. Responsible to Clinical Manager Directly Supervises and Evaluates Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses. Required skills & experience: Position Title: REGISTERED NURSE I Total number of positions needed: 1 1) How long is the contract assignment? : 13 weeks 2) Schedule of assignment hours? M – F 8am – 5pm also some weekends as needed if able. 3) Will you want to hire the contractor at the end of the contract or is this truly a contract assignment? Yes, if able. 4) What region are you in? Home health 5) What’s creating the request? - work load and coverage 6) To which location will this person report for assignment? Beaufort SC 29907 Please confirm above location is correct and list any other territories that are to be covered by the candidates: Cover Beaufort and Jasper counties in SC. 7) How many miles per week will the consultant travel? 35/50 8) What are the weekly units of productivity expectations? 25/30 9) What EMR systems will the consultant be using: HomeBase, Oasis, Outlook 10) Will there be any on call? If so, how much? No. 11) Do you want the candidate to have home health experience? Need Home Health experience, would like Oasis and HCHB experience as well.
