Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Cardio-Thoracic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practioner to join a fast paced and high volume cardiac surgery team in Albuquerque, NM. Successful candidates will have first assist, pre-op, and post-op experience. Quick and accurate vein harvest skills are also required. Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered): - Graduation from a program for Physician Assistants - Currently hold or ability to obtain New Mexico PA license - 3-5 years of cardiothoracic surgery (1st assist) experience - Must have endovascular vein harvesting (EVH) experience What you need to know: - Work in a high volume, regional referral center that has been named a Watson top 50 cardiology hospital - Relocation and sign-on bonuses available based on experience - Benefits start day one
