Director - Care Management

Overview

The successful candidate will direct and oversee the operations of Care Management services. Plans, organizes, implements, and evaluates delivery of care management and discharge planning to ensure appropriate utilization management thereby minimizing denials and appeals. Required Skills and Experience: - Masters in Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field - 5-7 years experience - Certified Case Manager and/or Accredited Case Manager in good standing. - Active Maryland Registered Nurse License, CCM certification preferred, If hired must obtain CCM within 3 years of hire What You Need to Know: - Schedule: Full-time, day shift 8:30 am – 5 pm - Award winning facility that fosters a culture of inclusion and mutual respect - Incredible benefits and professional development opportunities
