Overview

We are actively seeking candidates for our Director of Behavioral Health Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of the Behavioral Health Services (BHS) department at our award winning facility. Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered): - Psychologist licensed by the State Board of Psychologist Examiners OR a Registered Nurse Practitioner by the State Board of Nursing OR a Clinical Social Worker licensed by the Board of Clinical Social Workers - Five (5) years behavioral health operations experience with at least one (1) year in an inpatient setting - Two (2) years supervisory experience - Extensive knowledge and understanding of Federal and State Laws, guidelines pertaining to The Joint Commission, Medicare and Medicaid, and other insurance and payer sources - Must have the ability to relate to clinical personnel and medical staff as well as the ability to interact well with the public What you need to know: - Schedule: Monday – Friday, occasional holidays and weekends - Relocation and sign-on bonuses available based on experience - Work in a state of the art facility that ranks as one of Oregon's top for quality and service - Live, work and play in one of the most beautiful areas of the country with limitless recreational opportunities
