Overview
An Addiction Medicine Physician is needed for an ongoing Locum assignment at 2 locations in PA. They are located in Allentown and Pottstown, PA and are approximately 40 minutes apart. The schedule is flexible for this role: - 2 full days a week (6 am - 2 pm) - 1 day a week at each location Requirements: - Board Certified if preferred, but will entertain a Board Eligible Physician - Must have a suboxone waiver for 35 On Call: - Nurse calls occur during dosing hours: (M-F, 6 am - 12:30 pm and Saturday, 6 am - 9 am) - The provider will need to be available for nurse calls during dosing hours when they are not onsite (very minimal)
