Overview
Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered) 1. Bachelor's Degree 2. 5+ Years in a customer facing or Network Management Role 3. Experience in managed care, health plan operations, provider contracting or provider relations 4. Exposure to post acute care and a strong understanding of provider relations 5. Must have established Provider contacts in the desired coverage area What you need to know: • This individual develops and maintains an ongoing collaborative relationship with providers, based on mutual respect, high quality outcomes and patient satisfaction. • Live within a 30-minute commute of the coverage area • Network Manager will support the provider in ensuring recognition by the hospital and plan partners through appropriate rate setting, improved volume and achieving and maintaining a Contracted status • Will have six weeks of training; the first two weeks will be classroom training in TN (travel expenses will be covered)
