Overview

Data Integration Architect Full Time: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Collaborates with business, analysts, BI specialists and SMEs to rapidly design and refine data architecture solutions using a variety of data modeling methodologies and data modeling tools such as IDA or ER Studio, data governance tools, SQL, or other technologies. Recommends data architecture tools and socializes data architecture technology standards. Mentors other architects through design reviews, providing feedback on performance, scalability, and adherence to standards. Design data architecture solutions including data repositories, mappings, and storage solutions to meet business needs. Develop and socialize data architecture standards. Mentors other architects through design reviews, providing feedback on feasibility, scalability, performance and adherence to standards. Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Information Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology is Required. • Master's Degree Business Administration, Information Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology is Preferred. • 7 Years of Experience Working as Data Modeler, Data Architect, Data Architect Senior, or Data analyst is Required. • Experience working in a healthcare or related field is Preferred. • Experience with data warehouse architecture and integration of real time data is Preferred • Experience with Data Governance Tools is Preferred. • Experience with EMPI, CIAM, Preference management is Preferred. • Experience with master data management capabilities is Preferred. • Experience with data integration from digital experience technologies is Preferred. • Experience with different data integration capabilities is Preferred. • Experience with different types of data warehouse components (traditional enterprise data warehouse, Hadoop, etc.) is Preferred. Skills • Proficient with data warehouse data modeling methodologies such as Kimball and Inmon. • Proficient in understanding & validating business requirements and independently conceptualizing data architecture and storage required to meet those requirements. • Proficient in performing root cause analysis on complex data issues and presenting solutions to resolve issues. • Independently identify, define, and design data source/content, data flows, data quality profiling/analysis, source to target data mapping, and work with the BI, ETL, and QA teams to ensure performance and quality of data models. • Proficient using IDA/ErStudio, FastTrack, Data Governance tools, or equivalent data architecture related software. • Proficient with relational databases and using SQL to query, create tables, views, indexes, joins, user defined functions, and stored procedures. • Experience with the SDLC, ITSM and privacy and security processes and policies • Able to take on multiple projects concurrently and manage changes in scope along the way. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
