Sr. Strategic Planning Analyst

Overview

This position is a key contributor on a focused, highly visible team that develops and executes robust analytics that inform strategies to meet our strategic objectives. Together with the rest of the team, this position plays a key role in: providing information and analyses to support strategic decision-making and acquisition due diligence, performing competitive analyses. Qualifications/Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Business or in a quantitative/technical discipline preferred OR four (4) years strategic analysis experience in lieu of degree is required • Three (3) years of Strategic Analysis; performing a variety of quantitative analyses (e.g., DCF valuation, ABC analysis, regression analysis, etc.) is required. Skills • Strong critical reasoning and qualitative analysis skills • Demonstrated track record performing a variety of quantitative analyses • Demonstrated skills in strategic analysis, market research, financial modeling, and competitive analysis • Demonstrated Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup, sensitivity analysis, etc.) • Preferred experience with SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, R and similar programs • Demonstrated ability to learn other key software programs • Good communication and presentation skills • Comfort in working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to operate independently, with minimal direction • Strong teamwork skills
