Overview
RN Manager-Skilled Nursing Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm We have a rewarding opportunity for an experienced RN leader to challenge themselves professionally and engage with a hardworking team of nurses and nursing aides in a supportive and nurturing facility! The team is looking for a RN Manager to work full time days and this position would be ideal for a RN that has worked in the skilled nursing environment as a leader, but looking to make the next step professionally. As the RN Manager you would be managing a 40 bed unit and will work closely with the Interdisciplinary Team providing person centered care! This is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility offering a range of medical services and 24-hour residential care, as well as adult day services and short-term rehabilitation. Minimum Requirements: • Valid NYS RN license • Associate’s degree in nursing • 5+ yrs of experience as a RN • 1+ yrs in a leadership role as a RN Preferred Requirements: • 3+ yr of experience in a long term care facility • 1+ yr of experience with finical management • MDS experience • Bachelor’s degree in nursing • Highest level of customer service while completing day to day duties and responsibilities • Leadership and mentorship skills overseeing RNs, LPNs and C.N.A staff
