Overview
Required skills & experience -Graduate from a credited School of Nursing -Current License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio -1 year of recent RN experience in an acute, hospital setting -Prefer 1 year of lead experience -Will consider an RN who has leadership experience as a LPN or MA What you need to know - Manage patient triage via telephone and in clinic and provide clinical telephone triage/communication as defined by protocol or provider instructions. - Communicate pertinent information to providers, internal and external customers, office associates, patients and family members in a timely manner. *This is more of an operational role than a hands on clinical role.
