Overview
The Households at this facility, a bright, joyous long-term care environment that feels more like "home" and less like "nursing." The Households are made up of six units with 14 private bedrooms. Two of these households are dementia care units, and one is a dedicated Orthodox Jewish unit. Residents in our households have a variety of medical diagnosis to include recovery of heart attack or stroke, diabetes, heart disease, COPD, orthopedic issues, and more. Top "Must Haves" from the Account Executives: 1) Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred 2) Six years of nursing experience with three years of recent management experience within Long Term Care environment 3) Maryland RN license; American Heart Association CPR certification What You Need to Know: 1) Work hand in hand with the Operations Manager 2) Assume 24 hour management accountability for the overall direction and coordination of resources 3) Competitive salary and benefits including tuition reimbursement opportunities
