Overview
Our hospital in Denton seeks to hire a Registered Nurse to work Full Time in the Cardiac Cath Lab unit. Work Schedule • Shift is 6:30 am to 3:00 pm M-F, Full-time, on-call requirements (typically 10-12 days per month) Our Cath Lab/EP helps patients with abnormal heart rhythms as well as severe heart failure receive cardiac ablation services and device implants. Qualifications/ Requirements: • Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire • Associate’s degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred • BCLS (AHA) • ACLS • CPI training within 60 days of hire • Preferred certifications: CCRN, RCIS,RCES • One (1) year of Cath Lab experience as a clinical nurse required, 2-3 years Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, IR experience preferred
