Job Title: RN - Oncology Patient Navigator Job Description: In this position, under general supervision, you will provide professional nursing care for oncology patients following established standards and practices. You will navigate patients and families through the treatment process utilizing independent judgment, collaboration and communication with all team members including ancillary and support services within an outpatient cancer center! Top "Must Haves" from the Account Executive: 1. Associates Degree as a Registered Nurse, Bachelor's Degree preferred 2. Minimum of 5 years' Oncology Nursing experience required. Outpatient setting experience preferred 3. OCN certification preferred; must obtain within 2 years of employment; ONS- Chemo, Biotherapy Certification required within 1 year What you need to know: 1. Facility has a nicotine compliance policy and is tobacco free 2. No weekends or holiday work 3. Tuition reimbursement/professional development opportunities
