Overview
Conduct psychosocial assessments, determine patient and family needs, and develop a plan of treatment consistent with meeting those needs. Act as a consultant to other disciplines. Interpret psychosocial information to patient, families and other professionals and works to link patients and their family to community support systems. Top "Must Haves" from the Account Executives: - Master's Degree from school of social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education. - LMSW or LCSW licensure from the State of Oregon. - Must be flexible and able to work independently as well as with groups. Must be able to relate to a wide range of people from different cultures, professions and value systems. - Healthcare experience preferred.
