Overview
As the Senior Space and Occupancy Planner, you will oversee the move management process and collaborates with internal real estate partners to streamline move-add-change process for internal customers and keep occupancy data current and accurate. Tasks: 1. Create and maintain space assignment policies and procedures 2. Manages floorplans of data in and out to ensure accuracy 3. Accommodates ad-hoc reporting needs and query requests from CAFM database for internal real estate partners 4. Serves as the single point of contact for all floor plans drawings and CAFM system-related support 5. Audit physical space to update occupancy and room configurations 6. Work regularly with internal real estate partners to streamline move process Top "Must Haves": 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Space Planning, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or Interior Design 2. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD 3.
