Overview
The Market President is the market leader responsible for the successful delivery of services across a set of regions and clients with focus on overall operations and P&L achievement. The Market President will function as the regional account interface and will drive management of market strategy, product expansion and growth opportunities, as well as Network/Provider relations. He/She will partner with both business and product development and focus on delivering consistency in services across all business lines. The Market President will lead and develop a team of Executive Director(s), Clinical Operations and Network/Provider Engagement leaders. This critical role is ultimately accountable for creating and driving the market strategy to deliver operational, quality and financial performance. Required skills and Experience: • Leadership experience in a clinical operations environment and/or management of a significant P&L. • 12 years of relevant experience, including 8 years+ of management experience, utilizing productivity and efficiency measures • Proven ability to interact with and influence clients at all levels. • Entrepreneurial mindset geared toward the creation, execution and continuous improvement of a new function from the ground up. • PowerPoint and Excel experience required • MBA preferred • Travel Required (up to 40%) What you need to know: • Building relationships with client organizations and providing high service ethic through partnership with Executive Director(s). • Providing leadership and direction through the Director Clinical Operations for all market- level care management staff to ensure maximum colleague engagement and productivity of the clinical team. • Development and execution of key strategic initiatives within a market, including quality, cost and service metrics, and assisting clients with product and service expansion. • Cultivates and maintains effective business relationships internally and with executive decision makers within the client organization.
