Payment Specialist

Overview

The payment specialist is responsible for providing subject matter expertise to the team and the business surrounding reimbursement and garnishment payments. Specialists own and manage the full cycle of garnishments and employee reimbursements through initial product implementation, excellent customer service, accuracy in transactions and compliant delivery of correspondence through the end result. Top "Must Haves" from the Account Executives: 1. Bachelor's degree 2. Working knowledge of garnishment orders and employee reimbursements 3. 2-4 years' experience of garnishment experience 4.
