Overview

The Senior Clinic Emerging Markets Operations Professional creates and implements processes and programs to ensure the staff and facilities in emerging markets are fully prepared for successful operations. The Senior Clinic Emerging Markets Operations Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Top "Must Haves" from the Account Executives: 1). Bachelor's degree in business or a health related field 2). 5+ years of technical experience (EMR’s and/or HIMS) 3). Licensed RN-without restrictions (Active state license in work state-- and ability to obtain others based on business needs) 4). 5+ years of experience running a clinical healthcare environment (primary care-strongly preferred) 5). Ability to travel at least up to 60% within expansion markets (listed as Work-at-home, but is travel intensive based on new/emerging market locations) What you need to know: 1). This position is more of a hybrid between clinical trainer and operational manager 2). Must have reliable transportation as you will be traveling to different centers within the emerging region 3).
