Senior Director of Systems and Project Management

Overview

This a nursing leadership position that serves as an active member of the Nursing Leadership Team. The successful candidate will work with Nursing Leadership, and the Executive Team, and other hospital departments to create a vision for process and project development to deliver high-value solutions throughout the organization. Work closely with other Divisions to define strategies for action plans, delivery, and follow through with execution, supporting the VHC vision. Serves in an advisory capacity to the CNO and Executive Team with implementation of new projects. Position Requirements: -Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia or Compact State licensure in Nursing. -Master's preferred Experience: Must have a minimum of five years recent clinical and education experience. -Progressive nursing leadership required. (Experience with the Magnet ® application process a plus.)
