Registered Nurse - Executive Director

Our positions of clinical leadership allow you to utilize your experience through direct oversight of your team of talented clinicians who are committed to delivering quality patient care. As an Executive Director, you are responsible for all clinical and business functions of the home health agency and its branches, including budget, clinical operations, billing and quality improvement. Your passion, dedication and drive will help impact the lives of not only your staff, but also the lives of the patients and families who are in our care. Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered): 1) Must be a (RN) Registered Nurse licensed in practicing state 2) Minimum of two (2) years experience in the business and fiscal functions in a health care setting 3) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in nursing or health care related field 4) Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order 5) Recent Home Health experience is required What you need to know: 1) Amazing benefits and generous PTO 2) Schedule: 8am-5pm M-F 3) Growing company that retains family-like organizational culture 4) Sign on bonus available for qualified candidates 5) Territory coverage: College Park, GA
