Web Services Development Manager

Overview

*This is a contract to hire position * Summary Assists senior management by performing broad scope of duties with the health system's Internet and Intranet web service front-end, back-end and Portal development. - Participates in the strategic and tactical planning of Trinity Health's web services. - Researches industry practices related to web integration, portals and web services. - Requires making complex, independent decisions for which there is little historical precedent. - Manages and establishes technical standards for portal, application and integration development, web site design and content management, and daily operations related to web services. - Acts as escalation point and communication for operational and project issues. - Coordinates database development with Integration Services. - Oversees consultation with users and project teams to gather requirements for websites, related applications, portals and integration delivery. - Works with customers to prioritize work. - Communicates status and plans resources to meet deadlines. - Directs the activities of team leads and staff, including web integration architecture and development, content management, website and application design and usability. - Establishes standards, procedures and tools to improve service delivery to clinical and non-clinical business customers across the health system. *Strong background in Agile is necessary* *Scrum master* *5 years of management is required*
