Job Title RN Clinical Manager Job Description Are you innovative and enjoy defining strategy? Would you enjoy using your clinical analytic skills to lead teams to create and maintain programs that align local strategy with larger business objectives? The position is responsible for ensuring quality and appropriateness of service to all clients, and for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. The position will be knowledgeable and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations to which we may be subject. By ensuring service and satisfaction standards, the position spearheads high levels of “Word of Mouth” referrals and budget goals. Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) • Valid RN License in the state of IL with no restrictions/disciplinary actions • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience • Three years of nursing experience, preferably in care management • BSN or Master’s degree in Nursing • Must be available to work in the field • Experience leading remote multi-location teams and Care Management Certification, preferred What you need to know - Territory covers downtown and north shore; office located on Adams St. - Incredible benefits, salary and bonus potential - Ensures Clinical competence/excellence - Responsible for maintaining Professional/Paraprofessional productivity and margins within budget goals - Responsible to maximize services for revenue growth by reviewing and approving all cases and potential care plans
