Overview
Job Title Implementation Lead Position Job Description Candidate must be proficient in implementing medical software that will focus on monitoring, facilitating and reporting of the project status against a detailed project plan. The candidate will work closely with the Project Manager assigned to the project to ensure the customer understands the project milestones, request, deliverables and key dates. These projects could be any type of system, not limited to electronic health records. Solid working knowledge of using excel spreadsheets, organizing and conducting large audience conference calls utilizing live meetings and professional demeanor while onsite working with the customer and executive teams. Duties may include review of design documents with knowledge transfer from vendor to assist the customer in understanding the request. Assisting the customer in correctly auditing of system requirements and communicating issues to the vendor. Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) - Strong working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets - Organizing and conducting large audience conference calls utilizing live meetings - Professional demeanor while onsite working with the customer and executive teams - Experience with a range of EMRs (Epic, Cerner, McKesson, etc) What you need to know - This is a one-year contract role with the chance for renewal after Dec. 31, 2019 - 50% travel to sites, with some weeks being consecutive based on project needs - Otherwise working remotely during normal business hours of 8am central – 5pm central Monday through Friday.
