Overview
Home healthcare nurses provide follow-up care to patients after they have been discharged from a hospital or rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care facility. Our nurses spend quality 1:1 time building a relationship with each of their patients, and are committed to service and quality that shows in our compassion and in positive patient outcomes. Top "Must Haves" from the Account Executives: 1) Graduate of accredited practical/vocational nursing program 2) Currently Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in state(s) of agency operation 3) One (1) years experience in home health, Home Heath Hospice, Skilled Nursing Facility, and/or Med-Surg 4) Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order What You Need to Know: 1) Amazing benefits and generous PTO 2) Hourly rates above national average 3) Tuition reimbursement available after 1yr as a full-time employee 4) Will see approximately 28-32 patients per week
