Overview
Pre-Service Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing pre-authorization requests for skilled nursing and rehabilitative services and determining if requests meet medical necessity for requested level of care. You will also coordinate the transition of patients from the community or acute setting to the post-acute setting, while following established facility policies and procedures. Managed care experience a plus - New employees are required to complete 6 weeks of training in Nashville *Shift: Sat/Sun – 8a-5p CST Fr/Mon/Tues – 50% (5 FTEs) at 7a-4p CST and 50% (5 FTEs) at 9a-6p CST
