Required Skills & Experience - Graduate from school of nursing - BSN - Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio - 2 years of experience in the OR - CNOR Preferred - Collaborates with patient and family to develop and implement a plan of care that includes physical, spiritual and educational components - Create a caring and healing environment that keeps the patient and family at the center of care What you need to know - The RNFA will provide care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person’s physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. - The RNFA collaborates in the spirit of teamwork is accountable for the delivery of patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the Health System.
