Job Title Senior Enterprise Applications Specialist Job Description The Senior Enterprise Applications Specialist (SEAS) contributes an understanding of complex business processes and technical guidance in support of internal users using enterprise level applications. This role provides functional expertise, technical guidance and training to end users and peers, supports formal and informal training sessions, Identifies and resolves technical and functional EA problems in support of business process and end users. The SEAS will also maintain communication and documentation of issues with vendor, evaluates proposed functional changes to existing application software and architecture, and recommends appropriate solutions. Required Skills and Experience - Associates degree with at least ten years’ experience or Bachelor’s degree required. - Five plus years of professional experience in business and/or healthcare field required. - Business analysis and/or software training background a plus. What you need to know - Assists in the integration and interfacing of all Enterprise Applications to maximize system availability and business value. - Assist in project management and project coordination related to enterprise level software. - Enforces application security and maintains compliance with all HIPAA Security requirements and information technology best practices. - Demonstrates knowledge of and adheres to agency policies and procedures, including the maintenance of patient confidentiality.
