Overview
We are looking for a strong sales leader to provide overall direction, oversight, and expertise in sales management in the Florida region. You'll plan, organize, and implement sales programs for the territory and be responsible for achieving sales goals for the region while working closely with executive directors to recruit, hire, develop, and motivate account executives (AE’s) in the region. Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) • Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred • Knowledge and experience in the areas of home health care • Minimum of five (5) years experience in a multi-site management role, strongly preferred What you need to know - Awesome compensation and benefits package with mileage reimbursement - Market leader with excellent corporate culture - Candidates will need to be in FL, but can be located in and around any major metro area within FL
