Overview

Job Title: Sterile Processing Tech Lead Job Description: As the Sterile Processing Tech Lead, you will consistently demonstrates product knowledge and expertise to act as a resource to clinical staff and other related departments, participate in training and orientation of Sterile Processing Technicians, and maintain an environment that supports asepsis and safety. Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered): - High school diploma, G.E.D., Metropolitan Test or equivalent - Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician - One year of experience in a Sterile Processing Department with one year in a lead or charge role preferred. Experience with inventory control, tracking systems, purchasing, and use of computers, decontamination, and sterilization systems - This job requires, at various times, the following physical activities; climbing, stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, carrying, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, finger dexterity, talking, and hearing, sometimes exerting in excess of 10-50 pounds of force What you need to know: - White glove relocation assistance - First ever magnet designated facility in the state of Arkansas
