Physician - Addiction Medicine

Overview

An Addiction Medicine Physician is needed for an ongoing Locum assignment in Madison, WI. This is an ongoing position at an Outpatient facility. They will need someone for 25 hours per week, with flexible days between M-F. They prescribe both Methadone and Suboxone at this clinic. Schedule: - Needed ASAP for 25 hours per week of coverage - Hours: 5 am - Flexible end times; Monday - Friday Requirements: - Board Certified if preferred, but will entertain a Board Eligible Physician - Suboxone Waiver - Must be local
