RN - Clinical Operations Manager

Overview

Job Title Clinical Operations Manager Job Description: The Clinical Operations Manager creates and implements processes and programs to ensure the staff and facilities in emerging markets are fully prepared for successful operations. The Clinical Operations Manager will work assignments involving moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered): 1). Bachelor's degree in business or a health related field 2). 5+ years of technical experience (EMR’s and/or HIMS) 3). Licensed RN-without restrictions (Active state license in work state-- and ability to obtain others based on business needs) 4). 5+ years of experience running a clinical healthcare/primary care environment 5). Ability to travel at least up to 60% between center locations within the region What you need to know: 1). This position is more of a hybrid between clinical trainer and operational manager 2).
