Overview
As an OR Nurse, you will assess, plan, and evaluate the needs of the surgical patient before, during, and after the operation and provide nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures . You’ll also provide comfort and assistance to patients before they go into surgery. Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered): 1. Registered Nurse (RN) license as recognized by the Texas State Board of Nursing 2. 1yr of OR experience as an RN 3. Basic Life Support (BLS) required 4.
