Job Title Operations Director - Home Health Job Description As an Operations Director for Home Care Services, you will work within our Bronx Office location to supervise the daily activities of the coordination team to ensure all cases are accepted and filled in a timely manner, and manage Patient Care Coordination caseloads to target required fill rate; monitor the completion and accuracy of all verbal and written communication/documentation as may be necessary for clear communications. Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) - Associate’s degree or High School Diploma/GED with 3-5 years of relevant experience required, Bachelors highly preferred - 3 – 5 years of experience as a patient or client care coordinator in Home Health Care required - 2 – 5 years of management experience required - Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish and English What you need to know - Amazing benefits and generous PTO - Growing company that retains family-like organizational culture - Sign on bonus available - Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
