Job Title LMSW - Case Manager Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and experienced LMSW to join our team. We have a clinical, interdisciplinary team approach that focuses on excellence in all areas of care. We are also passionate about enhancing traditional inpatient/outpatient programs with holistic services and about helping the entire family, not just the patient, stay educated and informed. This position will provide specialized case management services to clients and their families. This position is responsible for providing direct services and coordinating other services, resources and people to assist clients in achieving their established goals. Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) - Bachelor’s degree preferred in human services, social work, psychology or other related fields, CSAC - Two or more years’ experience in human service activities as a licensed clinician - Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organization required - Experience with Dual Diagnosis What you need to know - This is an opportunity to join a new practice and be a fundamental part of developing and scaling something new and progressive. - This organization exists to provide the kind of family-focused, evidence-based therapy that isn't currently available in the area.
