Associate Vice President - Adherence

Overview

Job Title AVP - Adherence Job Description The Associate Vice President, Adherence has accountability for leading operational direction for Stars operations. AVP of Adherence works with the Client for Outcomes, Clinical Quality for Improvement, and Technology solutions to achieve outcomes and Reporting Analytics to define and present success. The duties include but are not limited to providing subject matter expertise in quality outcomes, coaching, development, client performance management, policies and procedures, design and execution of training material through both written and verbal instructions. Must Haves From the Account Executives: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare or a related field required 2. 3+ years of successful and progressive experience in healthcare regulatory compliance 3. Minimum 5 years' management experience and/or training required 4. Knowledge of a calling or dialer system preferred 5. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Google and ability to learn new software as needed 6.
