Overview
Seeking an individual to serve as Compliance Liaison who will implement and facilitate the Performance Improvement and Risk Management programs for our facility. You'll oversee implementation of policy and procedures and direct hospital compliance with laws, regulations and the standards of the accrediting and approval agencies, including state licensure, CMS and Joint Commission. Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) - Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare related field. Master’s level degree preferred - Five (5) years experience in healthcare with three (3) years behavioral experience preferred - Must be experienced in Performance Improvement / Quality Assurance and Risk Management in a leadership capacity.
