Overview

Weekend Shift (Full time) Friday-Tuesday The Clinical Team Manager (CTM) is responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership within the Pre-Service Utilization Management component of clinical operations teams. This will include, but is not limited to, Pre-Service Care Coordinators. This individual is accountable to the Senior Manager Pre-Service Operations in managing the performance of Pre-Service operations teams. This includes ensuring appropriate daily execution of all pre-authorizations and Health Plan member transitions as prescribed by the utilization model. The CTM participates in the hiring and onboarding of new colleagues and continued clinical development of all colleagues. The CTM manages the daily operations with teams of Pre-Service Coordinators {direct reports} to standardize and maintain excellent performance delivery. This position ensures staff understand and adhere to established clinical policies, procedures, and our Clinical Model. The incumbent will work with internal and external partners, leadership, and Central Operations Teams to execute processes and procedures that result in a positive patient and provider experience. Qualifications/Requirements: • Registered Nurse or Registered Physical or Occupational Therapists • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience required • Previous management experience required; experience managing multi-disciplinary care teams, including nurses, therapists, social works, and case managers preferred *This position is NOT remote. The Clinical Team Managers will sit onsite in the Brentwood, TN office.
