Overview

Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) -Master's degree -LCSW-C licensure -3-5 years of experience working with LGBTQIA community -Knowledge of Cerner, Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills What you need to know: -This position will be shared between two hospital facilities within 20 minutes of each other -Chance to make an impact in the coordination of health services for patients and their families
