Overview

Job Description The successful applicant will possess clinical expertise in SBRT, IMRT, IGRT and brachytherapy. Perform physics activities to include HDR operations, planning and patient treatment, external beam plan evaluation, patient specific physics consultations, clinic related QA/QC, and maintenance of all required documentation. Experience with Elekta linear accelerators is desirable. Responsible for acceptance testing, commissioning and implementing new devices, treatment technology, and procedures. Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered): - Masters degree in Physics or Medical Physics from an accredited college or university. - 3+ years clinical experience required - ABR or equivalent certification in Therapeutic Medical Physics with up to date MOC. maintain CEU outlined by American College of Radiology.
