Executive Director - Home Health

As an Executive Director, you are responsible for all clinical and business functions of the home health agency and its branches, including budget, clinical operations, billing and quality improvement. Your passion, dedication and drive will help impact the lives of not only your staff, but also the lives of the patients and families who are in our care. Top "Must Haves": 1) Must be a (RN) Registered Nurse in practicing state 2) Healthcare professional with at least two (2) years of health related experience and the education, knowledge and ability to effectively direct the program 3) Minimum of two (2) years experience in the business and fiscal functions in a home health care setting 4) Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order What You Need to Know: 1) Amazing benefits and generous PTO 2) Hourly rates above national average 3) Growing company that retains family-like organizational culture 4) Sign on bonus available for qualified candidates
