Job Title: Physician - Family Medicine Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) - BC or BE within 3 years • No Malpractice • Must live in the Chicago area or willing to move (no relocation assistance) • Illinois license - clean What you need to know: - Occupational Health and overall wellness - Ages: 2+ - Volume: 14 per day average - Bread and butter Family Medicine: Physicals, cough & colds etc. - Monday-Friday 8am-5pm - No travel - No call - Support staff: RNs, MAs, PTs
