Schedule: - May 5-6: 4p to 2a - May 6: 9a to 7p - May 8: 9a to 7p - May 12-13: 4p to 2a - May 12: 9a to 7p - May 15: 9a to 7p - May 24: 4p to 2a - May 28-29: 9a to 7p - June 1-3: 9a to 7p - June 6: 4p to 2a - June 8: 9a to 7p - June 14-18: 4p to 2a - June 15-16: 9a to 7p - June 19: 9a to 7p - June 24: 9a to 7p - June 24: 4p to 2a - July 1-8: 4p to 2a - July 3-4: 9a to 7p - July 8: 9a to 7p - July 13-15: 9a to 7p - July 15-31: 4p to 7a - July 21-22: 9a to 7p - July 24-28: 9a to 7p Requirements: - No more than $100K in malpractice - CVs must be in month/year format with any gaps in work and education history explained - Active CA license - ATLS - Must be presented with specific dates that match dates needed above
