Overview
Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) -Master's degree -LMSW license in the state of Maryland; LCSW-C preferred -Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital setting -Knowledge of Cerner, Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills preferred What you need to know: -Chance to make an impact in the coordination of health services for patients and their families -Schedule: M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm with rotating weekends -This facility has several units available -Seeking candidate who has really strong case management experience working with a high volume of cases
