Overview
Job Description: We are currently seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with the ability to practice both autonomously and in collaboration with a variety of health providers on the interprofessional team to deliver high-quality, holistic, evidence-based anesthesia and pain care services. The CRNA cares for patients at all acuity levels across the lifespan in a variety of settings for procedures including, but not limited to, surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management. All candidates should have in-depth knowledge of administering anesthesia to patients undergoing a variety of surgical or non-surgical procedures. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must demonstrate good judgment and the ability to respond appropriately to stressful conditions. Case Types: - ENT, GI, general, OB, GYN, ophthalmology, oral/maxillofacial, ortho, pain, podiatry, urology and MRI. Hospital Information: - 3 Main Operating Rooms and 1 OB - 75 Bed Hospital - 2,871 Annual Cases per year Schedule: - Full-time hours- flexible with schedule as locums must be flexible as well, no clock watchers. - 10,12,16 hour shifts available - Beeper Call- 1:3 night and weekend (1 CRNA always off) Required skills & experience: - 3-4 Years Experience preferred in similar settings - Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required - Active NE license is required - Minimum of 2-year experience working as a CRNA is required
